Every day during the week I run a program here in Green River called Kids in Motion. Basically it is a Child/Parent play group that is set up at the gymnastic studio in town. I set up the play area, which includes moving mats, setting out musical instruments, balls, etc, and occasionally hooking up the big blow up trampoline thing. I have been doing this program since December and participation is really slacking. I have been trying to motivate my boss to do better advertising for the program, but all my efforts thus far have been kind of a waste. Well I decided that it was time I took things into my own hands a little and brought my camera to work one day to try to get some fun photos that could possibly be used for brochures, ads, and displays. Most people around don't have a clue what to expect from this program, but all who have come have agreed that if they knew it was so fun for the kids, they would have come sooner. Hello, doesn't that sound like an advertising attempt gone sour?!? Yeah, makes me kind of ticked actually...probably because I have a background in advertising...Any-who...here are some of the cute shots I got of C-baby with just ten minutes of shooting time. I hope to get a few more this week with some of our regulars as well to help showcase different ages and try to capture the fun atmosphere that is created by children and parents working together, making friends, and learning new activities. The joys of life, really....and needless to say, C-baby has a lot of girlfriends through this play group and is the hunk of all hunks under the age of 1!
